2. What makes Keetch Made products different from others?
I focus on using high-quality, all-natural ingredients that are gentle, effective, and affordable. Every product is made with care on our homestead in Pocatello, Idaho. I strive to use locally sourced ingredients, including 100% grass-fed Idaho-raised beef tallow. I use suet (the kidney fat), which is the purest and most nutrient-dense fat on the animal, to render into tallow, giving you the highest-quality fat for your skin. I’m always working on new ways to incorporate the full homestead experience, from goat milk to herbal infusions and more. My commitment to quality and sustainability means that you’re getting the very best for your skin, without any unnecessary chemicals or toxins.

3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! I create all my products with sensitive skin in mind, especially for babies and those with skin conditions like eczema or dermatitis. I carefully select ingredients that are known for their gentle properties, including tallow, goat milk, and botanicals. 4. Do you offer products for babies?
Absolutely! Many of my products, especially my tallow-based skincare, are perfect for babies and children. I have used and loved every single one of my products on my own children. They are made with all-natural ingredients that are safe for even the most sensitive skin.

5. Can I use your products if I have allergies?
I use only natural ingredients, but if you have a known allergy (especially to nuts, beeswax, or specific herbs), it’s important to check each product's ingredient list carefully. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns or need specific recommendations.

6. How can I incorporate Keetch Made products into my daily routine?
It’s easy! You can use a pea-sized amount of my products as a great oil cleanser or moisturizer. No need for a complicated skincare routine—good skincare doesn’t have to be a million steps. Simply apply to your skin, and you’ll enjoy nourishing moisture throughout the day. For lip care, my lip balm is a perfect everyday essential. If you’re interested in goat milk products or herbal infusions, just let me know—they’re available upon request.

7. How do I know which product is right for me?

9. How do I care for my tallow-based products?
Store your tallow-based products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality. If your product starts to melt, simply let it cool and solidify again. Tallow is naturally stable and has a long shelf life, so you can enjoy your products for months.

10. Are you working on any new products?
Yes! I’m currently working on goat milk products, but I also offer fresh eggs and goat milk for pets, available upon request. Be sure to follow me on social media to stay updated on new products and exciting developments!

12. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States. However, if you're located outside of the U.S., feel free to reach out, and we can discuss options for international orders.

13. How long does it take to get my order?
I strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Because I hand-render in small batches and infuse each ingredient with care, it can sometimes take 2–3 weeks to process and ship your order. But, alongside wrangling kids and running the homestead, I always do my best to get it to you much sooner. I appreciate your patience and am confident that the wait will be worth it!

19. How long do your products last?
Tallow-based products can be shelf-stable for up to a year when stored properly in a cool, dry place. The 2 oz face cream typically lasts my family about 6 months before we run out and need to refill, but the duration can vary depending on how often you use it.
